Jesus taught that there is a time element involved with the believer’s spiritual growth. It is often unnoticeable. Yet the believer is able to look back over time and detect growth. One of the quickest ways to get discouraged is for you to keep looking inside of yourself trying to detect growth. When men plant something it dies, but when God plants something it will not fail. It will bring forth a crop and it will grow.
